Maine cabin rentals (est. 1947)
are an
unforgettable setting for a corporate retreat,
wedding, rehearsal dinner, anniversary dinner or other special event. Our banqueting
facility can handle up to 100 diners, and our
trained kitchen staff can help to personalize your
affair. Best of all, your guests are free to enjoy
the lake before and after the event. In the last
few years many special events have been hosted at
the Lodge with booking primarily in the summer or
early fall. Early September in Maine is, in particular, an
ideal and a bit quieter time of the year. We
routinely meet with family members well in advance
to plan these celebrations. In most cases we offer
a choice of special meals (served “family style”),
arrange dining tables as requested, and provide
special table set-ups (silverware, plates, glasses,
etc.). Decorations can be added as desired, and
dance tunes are often provided by professional DJs. Time is often set aside for guests to enjoy glasses
of wine and conversation on the grounds before and
after dinner. In addition, we often set aside whole
sections of the facility to provide lodging for
guests. From what we hear, these events have been a
great success. Speeches are made, friends
reacquainted, and the hosts have been very pleased
with the results. In particular, we continue to
hear how we have such a unique and cozy setting for
these celebrations. As one happy
mother-of-the-groom said - “a rainbow, a full moon
and such a perfect setting - we couldn’t be more
pleased”.

early so that restaurant seating and adequate
lodging can be set aside in advance. Also we
want you to feel entirely confident that your event
will be a total success! To this end please
feel free to stop by any time to review our facility
first-hand, or alternatively we will be happy to
provide you a list of past guests (references) who
you can contact to discuss the quality of our
services directly.
