Rideout’s Lakeside
Lodge & Rental Cabins on beautiful East Grand Lake
in Maine is seeking a salaried work camper couple
from late April to early October to assist with our
primary businesses which include: bass fishing,
salmon fishing, cabin rentals, family vacations, and
a lakeside restaurant.
We are a very popular – and very busy – vacation
destination. Applicants will need to be
honest, hardworking, reliable, self motivated, and
energetic! Work can be strenuous at times.
However, the work is often great fun, the staff is
friendly, and there is rarely a dull moment!
Jobs To Be Filled Immediately
We currently have 20
cabins and a main lodge facility with a restaurant
located right on water’s edge on the third largest
freshwater lake in Maine. The selected couple
will assist management and regular staff as
needed/directed. Duties may include: light
maintenance & construction, dock and boat services,
restaurant assistance, and grounds work.
Estimated hours will be 20 hrs. per week per person,
though this may fluctuate up and down based on
business activity. All hours will be
compensated at $7 per hour per person.

a full hookup site located at water's edge, plus
salary. Hours and work schedule are generally
flexible and allow for scheduled time off for your
own touring and vacationing in the area.

We
are located within an hours’ drive of several State
and national parks and the Canadian border for fun
and adventurous day trips. Day trip activities
include wildlife viewing, shopping, hiking and
exploring the Maine the coast.

Note to potential job
applicants: Workampers use their own
recreational vehicles to provide their own lodging
at a work site. Only workers supplying
their own lodging (that is own a recreational
vehicle) will be considered for the above positions.
